inMusic to Acquire Rane

Rane co-founders Linda Arink and Dennis Bohn have agreed to sell the company to inMusic. The transaction is scheduled to be completed this summer. After the sale, Arink and Bohn plan to retire.

Founded in 1981, Rane develops and manufactures products for the DJ and professional sound markets.
